VSD Homes LLP (Brand owner of Bricks Bonds) has been established by the promoters of Viraj Estates and Sarene devlopers.

Viraj Estates has been a pioneering real estate (land) development entity in Nasik. Established in late 80's by Mr. Rajendra R Shah and Mr. Vilas R Shah, the firm today is one of the biggest players in land aggregation and development in Nashik city & its neighboring regions and also operates in other regions of Maharashtra and Gujarat.

Sarene Developers, is a real estate development firm led by Mr. Abhishek Chauhan, an erstwhile professional banker having extensive exposure in the sectors of Real Estate, Informatin Technology, Life Sciences and Education wherein he has worked with clients across various sizes (star-ups to large MNCs) and sub segments to provide diverse financial and strategic solutions across debt/enuity/ hybrid medians. The firm was established in late 90's and todya has throught itselt and its promoters successfully completed real estate development projects in Nasik, Mumbai, Pune, Lonaval and New Delhi.
